Job summary

Societe Generale Branch in Poland in Warsaw seeks a Senior Business Process & Governance Manager to lead transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and strengthen governance across the organization.

The role coordinates the COO Office, oversees change management, risk mitigation, and execution of regulatory requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, COO Office, Transformation, Operations, Process Excellence, or Project Management.
• Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Good understanding of Transactional Banking and Fixed Income / FX activities.
• Track record of delivering transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge (certification is a strong advantage).
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic and operational transformation initiatives across SG Poland.
• Support the design and execution of business improvement roadmaps.
• Drive change management activities for new operating models, processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, legal and support functions.
