Job summary

Societe Generale Poland is seeking a COO Office Transformation, Process & Risk Manager to bolster governance, efficiency, and resilience across SG Poland's CIB activities.

The role leads transformation initiatives, drives process optimization, and supports risk governance, acting as the COO's trusted delegate with cross-functional coordination and executive reporting. Hybrid work in Poland with exposure to international stakeholders and a broad, impactful scope.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, COO Office, Transformation, Operations, Process Excellence, or Project Management.
• Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Fluent English and Polish; strong Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic and operational transformation initiatives across SG Poland.
• Support design and execution of business improvement roadmaps and change management.
• Identify risks in transformation initiatives and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, legal, and support functions.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.
