Job summary

Stryker Group in Poland is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and drive cost savings. You will report to the Director, Sourcing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, sustainability, and value across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in strategic sourcing with total 10 years in related roles, plus strong negotiation and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing or commodity management; total 10 years in purchasing/planning/manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize quality, service, and cost.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate contracts, including supply and quality agreements, for favorable terms.
• Conduct supplier and market analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, including Product Transfers.
• Monitor supplier performance through audits, site visits, and metrics.
• Drive ethical and sustainable sourcing practices across suppliers.
