Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (current student status).
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level, written and verbal; communicative level of Polish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing team with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting to support sourcing projects.
• Help with data setup and maintenance; ensure supplier information is accurate.
• Support the preparation and issue of RFIs and RFQs and help organise supplier responses.
• Assist with gathering and comparing supplier quotations and information.
• Conduct basic research on suppliers, products, markets and sourcing opportunities.
• Help maintain sourcing project trackers and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports and other sourcing materials.
• Assist with organising supplier and internal meetings and maintaining documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve how sourcing data is organized and managed.
