Reporting to the Director, Sourcing this role focuses on achieving business goals through supplier management, contract negotiation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, sustainability, and value in every project.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or commodity management, with a total of 10 years in purchasing, planning, or manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of ISO13485, FDA QSR, or similar quality standards.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• International sourcing experience and proven intercultural competencies.

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland, Skawina: 158.300 - 263.700 PLN annual gross
