Job summary

DCG is seeking a Strategic Solution Lead for the DACH region in Poland. You will drive multi-disciplinary solutioning for large deals, act as a trusted advisor to CXO stakeholders, and translate strategic business initiatives into innovative technology solutions across VMware, SAP, Microsoft, AWS, and ServiceNow.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage complex transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in ICT, business, engineering or sciences.
Experience in driving solutioning for complex deals across multiple service lines.
Ability to present complex delivery and technical concepts to CXO level audiences.
Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive solutioning for complex deals with multiple service lines and technical disciplines.
Act as trusted advisor at CxO level deals.
Translate complex business initiatives into innovative business-technology solutions.
Create enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps aligned with client strategy.
Influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling to highlight business value.
Negotiate key topics during finalization of solutions.
Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, face-to-face or via virtual formats.
Lead teams and navigate change and ambiguity to solve wicked problems.
