Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Poland is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive architecture leadership across our Contract Logistics transformation programs and to shape the technology strategy for a global logistics leader.

You will translate business needs into blueprints, guide solution design and governance, mentor architects, manage risk, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture roles.
Experience leading global transformation initiatives.
Proven track record managing complex application landscapes.
Experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of TOGAF and modelling with ArchiMate.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, security-by-design, and integration.

Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership & Strategy: Lead solution architecture for strategic transformation programs and define target-state architectures.
Solution Design & Governance: Translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and ensure standards and security.
Stakeholder Management: Present strategies to leadership and mentor architects.
Delivery & Risk Management: Support delivery teams; mitigate architectural risks and debt; enable cloud-first, API-first, microservices approaches.
