Job summary

Inbank is seeking a Sales Operations & Implementation Specialist to join our Warsaw team. The role blends sales operations support with hands-on implementation and project coordination, shaping how our sales processes and tools are used across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with sales managers, IT, and business partners to design, test, and roll out solutions, manage tasks, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge and experience in operational and/or sales support within a financial institution.
• Fluent Polish in daily communication with partners and good English for international collaboration.
• Ability to independently manage smaller projects and coordinate cross-team tasks.
• Creative, proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and partners with day-to-day operational topics and smooth processes.
• Participate in design, testing, and implementation of new solutions; coordinate with other teams.
• Monitor status, deadlines, and next steps of ongoing initiatives and ensure information flow.
• Build and maintain cooperation with key partners and support them on operational topics.
• Manage access to sales applications and provide user support.
• Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, change logs, guides, and maps.
• Prepare regular sales reports to support analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales network to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
