Job summary

Inbank is a fintech with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers and financial institutions on its embedded finance platform. We are looking for a Sales Operations & Implementation Specialist who will combine sales operations support with implementation and project coordination across our Poland and European offices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge and experience in operational and/or sales support within a financial institution.
• Fluent Polish for daily written and spoken communication with Partners, along with good English for cooperation with international teams across the Group.
• Ability to independently manage smaller projects and implementations, as well as coordinate tasks involving multiple teams.
• A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations & Partner Support: Supporting Sales Managers and business partners with day-to-day operational topics and helping ensure smooth sales processes.
• Implementations & Improvements: Participating in design, testing, and implementation of new solutions, coordinating changes with other teams.
• Task Management: Monitoring status, deadlines, and next steps of ongoing initiatives, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Partner Cooperation: Building and maintaining effective long-term cooperation with key partners and supporting operational topics.
• Sales Tools & Systems Support: Managing access to sales applications and providing day-to-day support to users.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to sales processes, including change logs and process maps.
• Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports to support analysis and decision-making.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the sales network to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
