Nestlé S.A. in Warsaw seeks a Business Partner for selected categories to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide day-to-day business support via insights from consumer and market data.

You will lead consumer and shopper research, monitor market trends and performance metrics, and synthesize insights to drive decisions within a matrix organization. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, insights or market intelligence in FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Experience leading research and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Acts as growth catalyst by delivering insights from consumer, shopper, customer, sales and marketing data.
• Leads consumer, shopper and market research projects for selected categories.
• Monitors market trends, competition and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Builds a single source of truth by integrating data across sales, market share and effectiveness metrics.
• Delivers web and social listening insights, analytics, and reporting on brands and customers.
