Lina Medical in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage vendor and materials flow, monitor stock levels, and proactively address supply chain issues. You will collaborate with the engineering team and other stakeholders to drive timely procurement decisions and optimize costs.

Strong analytical abilities and English communication are required, along with ERP and Excel proficiency. A cross-functional leadership mindset will help coordinate tasks across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office tools (Excel).
• Leadership and effective cross-functional communication skills.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve issues.
• Lead and support sourcing initiatives and cost optimization opportunities.
• Monitor inventory and submit purchase orders to vendors.
• Track internal KPIs to meet goals (inventory levels, supplier performance).
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and sourcing teams.
