Takeda in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Technical Investments and MRO to lead strategic sourcing across maintenance, calibration, utilities, and facility services, ensuring cost, risk, and compliance goals are met while supporting site operations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and EHS, negotiate with suppliers, drive catalog enablement and supplier consolidation, and implement AI-enabled procurement improvements to strengthen supply resilience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing with focus on technical services, maintenance, repair, operations, facilities, utilities, or related indirect spend categories.
• Experience sourcing maintenance services, spare parts, calibration, facility management services, utilities support, cleaning services, pest control services, and maintenance-related contracts.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume spend management, supplier consolidation, catalog and punch-out solutions, purchasing channel strategies, and demand management practices.
• Experience negotiating service agreements, including labor rates, service-level agreements, response-time commitments, call-out charges, parts mark-up structures, and service rate cards.
• Understanding of integrated supply, vendor-managed inventory, consignment models, and maintenance planning principles.
• Experience partnering with engineering, maintenance, and environmental health and safety teams on contractor management, work authorization requirements, and safety compliance expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, supplier governance, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar e-sourcing tools, Microsoft Office applications, generative AI tools, and fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical services, maintenance, repair, and operations categories aligned with business priorities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management activities to secure value, manage risk, and improve service performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental Health and Safety teams to align sourcing decisions with operational requirements.
• Drive supplier consolidation and channel optimization through catalog enablement, supplier rationalization, and demand management initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance and governance across technical services and maintenance-related categories.
• Implement inventory and supply models that improve material availability while reducing stock and working capital requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply and operational risks through contingency planning and supplier management strategies.
• Promote process excellence through standardized sourcing practices and digital and AI-enabled improvements.
