Qualifications

Analytical mindset with data analysis capability.
Strong written and spoken English for cross-organizational communication.
Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel required.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Provide leadership and support during sourcing initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor internal KPIs to meet inventory and procurement goals.
Coordinate cross-functional tasks with engineering, quality, and business teams.
Monitor stock levels and submit purchase orders to vendors.
Keep MRP vendor and component data up to date.
