Job summary

DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen in Lublin seeks a Management Assistant (m/f/d) to support the management team in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks.

You will prepare board presentations, analyze data, coordinate cross-department projects, and help improve processes at production facilities. Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• Strong teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and a hands-on approach.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Interest in digital solutions and proficient MS Office skills.
• Ability to compare offers and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Supporting management in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks.
• Preparing presentations for the board and key meetings.
• Researching, analyzing, and processing data to support management decision-making.
• Independently handling and coordinating cross-departmental projects with the management team.
• Supporting implementation, control, and improvement of processes and products at production facilities.
• Acting as a liaison between departments to optimize internal processes.
