Job summary

DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen in Lublin is seeking a Team Leader Production to lead the production team, drive daily and periodic production plans, and ensure smooth operations in a modern tech environment.

You will manage KPIs, coordinate with support departments, optimize resources, implement improvement initiatives, and promote Lean practices and quality standards such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education required.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role in an international manufacturing company.
• Leadership skills to manage a large team.
• Proficiency with ERP and MS Office.
• English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily and periodic production plans.
• Delivering on KPIs.
• Managing the subordinate production team.
• Cooperating with support departments to implement projects.
• Ensuring efficient use of resources and optimizing processes.
• Setting direction and goals at team level.
• Initiating actions to improve department efficiency.
• Overseeing development and implementation of procedures.
• Identifying and resolving production issues with corrective actions.
• Participating in implementation projects.
