Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Product, Editorial, Technology, and Marketing. You will provide planning, reporting, and operational support to enable successful program delivery and maintain structured workflows.

You will help ensure projects are well documented, visible, and aligned through planning, knowledge management, and executive updates, while exploring AI-powered tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or PMO.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects or programs.
• Ability to bring structure to shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects to meet priorities and delivery goals.
• Develop and maintain program documentation and roadmaps.
• Own the program's knowledge management in Confluence.
• Facilitate planning sessions, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion AI-powered productivity tools to improve planning and reporting.
