Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results.
• Nice to have: proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.
