Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Program Manager to own and oversee service delivery for a globally dispersed client base. You will lead cross-functional teams, set benchmarks, and drive strategic initiatives to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in your native language and English.
• Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and dynamic.
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goals.
• Proficient with technology as a management reporting tool and to develop program evaluation systems.
• Energized in matrix organizations where success comes from relationships, not formal reporting lines.
• Thorough understanding of project management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail.
• Minimum 5 years of program/account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with high-performance, collaborative peers.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the service delivery for the program across dispersed client and TransPerfect teams.
• Establish benchmarks, timelines, and resources to achieve goals; set accountability standards.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve processes, quality procedures, and workflows.
• Serve as the pivotal client contact for communication and setting realistic service expectations.
• Ensure client awareness of defined processes and best practices to build trust.
• Collaborate to expand client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify gaps to maximize revenue potential through expansion or diversification of services.
• Partner with Production to shape new offerings and support client-facing teams.
• Strengthen relationships between diverse teams working on the account.
• Drive strategic planning and reporting to improve satisfaction, delivery quality, and profitability.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by a manager.
