Job summary

TransPerfect Inc in Warsaw is seeking a projects coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of translation projects. You will juggle multiple projects, follow instructions, and liaise with sales to clarify parameters.

You will establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally, negotiate with vendors, and ensure linguistic quality. You will communicate issues and promptly share information with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Polish communications.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of projects and juggle multiple priorities.
• Liaise with sales to clarify project parameters.
