Job summary

TransPerfect is a global leader in language services and technology. We are seeking a Client Services Associate to serve as the first point of contact for existing clients and to coordinate and manage language projects.

You will collaborate with the production team to scope work, prepare budgets and timelines, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding high service standards. The role requires strong English communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new things and thrive on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first level of client support and coordinate the completion of language projects.
• Collaborate with production teams to assess scope and provide cost and timeline estimates for translation projects.
• Initiate project work by providing detailed budgets, schedules and instructions to the project team.
• Anticipate pitfalls and ensure timely delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal production staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Learn about clients’ industry and business needs to drive high-quality service.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met; deliver high-quality deliverables.
