Job summary

Markem-Imaje Poland is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to ensure on-time execution of production orders by balancing capacity, planning resources, and driving automation of planning tools.

You will develop daily/weekly schedules, collaborate with production, procurement and warehouse teams, and deliver data-driven insights using SAP, Excel, Power BI. Fluency in English and a technical degree are expected; a hybrid work arrangement in Katowice region offers strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP PP/MM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Power BI/Power Query for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term capacity planning and scheduling.
• Create, release, and monitor production orders and line utilization.
• Automate recurring planning tasks within SAP and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Present data-driven insights to Senior Management.
