Job summary

Polaroid Poland is seeking a Sourcing & Planning Specialist to coordinate production planning and support sourcing operations for the local manufacturing facility. You will align demand and supply, maintain ERP master data, and help onboarding suppliers while improving planning processes as the factory scales.

The role requires 3+ years in planning or procurement, proficiency with ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and fluent Polish with good English.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in relevant field is required.
“3+ years of experience in production planning, procurement, supply chain or manufacturing operations.”
Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics BC, SAP, Oracle or similar).
Strong Excel skills for planning files and reports.
Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, purchasing processes, and supplier coordination.
Fluent Polish and good English communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the factory.
Support material availability and production continuity through cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain ERP master data related to suppliers, items, and lead times.
Assist with supplier onboarding, RFQ, and supplier communications.
Track delivery, PO follow-up, and cost reduction initiatives.
Support capacity planning and new product introductions.
