Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Poland is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to ensure on-time execution of production orders by balancing capacity and resources. You will develop and maintain schedules, collaborate with production lines, procurement, and warehouses.

The ideal candidate has SAP ERP experience, advanced Excel, Power BI/Power Query, and a technical or logistics degree; strong English (B2) and analytical skills to translate data into actionable planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Planning Specialist in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP (PP / MM) and production planning.
• Advanced MS Excel, Power BI and Power Query skills.
• Higher education degree in technical, engineering, production management, or logistics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update daily/weekly production schedules.
• Balance workloads across work centers and monitor capacity.
• Automate and improve planning tools and reports for executives.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
