Evolution Gaming Limited is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to translate business, regulatory, and compliance needs into actionable product requirements and to drive successful delivery across complex internal products. You will own the backlog, roadmap, and release lifecycle while coordinating with Compliance, Product, and Technical Operations.

The role requires strong English communication, at least 3 years in related roles, and experience with regulatory-driven environments.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in technology roles as PM/PO/Delivery Manager.
  • Experience with complex systems, configurations, and dependencies.
  • Experience in regulatory/compliance environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and service layers and how they interact.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Define and shape scope for initiatives and break down requirements for development teams.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Technical Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical requirements.
  • Maintain the product backlog reflecting regulatory, compliance and technical needs.
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap and priorities.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Drive release and maintenance lifecycle from clarification to go-live.
  • Ensure changes are evaluated for usability, performance, maintainability and compliance.
  • Monitor delivery progress and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Product Delivery Managers to improve practices.

Job description

As aProduct Delivery Manager, reporting to theCasino Backoffice and Regulatory Requirements Department Lead, you will play a key role in translating business, compliance, and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product requirements and ensuring their successful delivery. You will work on complex internal products and services where multiple initiatives, dependencies, and changing requirements need to be managed in parallel.

You will be:

  • Defining and shaping scopefor initiatives, breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable work for the development team.
  • Planning and coordinating deliveryacross multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, dependencies, capacity, and business needs.
  • Working closely withCompliance, Product, Technical Operations and other internal stakeholdersto understand requirements, clarify expectations, and identify dependencies and risks early.
  • Translating regulatory and compliance requirements into functional and technical requirementsthat can be understood, implemented, and tested by the development team.
  • Ensuring a clear understanding of theproduct vision, scope, priorities, and requirementswithin the team, enabling effective day-to-day decision-making.
  • Creating and maintaining theproduct backlog, ensuring it reflects functional, regulatory, compliance, and technical needs.
  • Ensuring requirements areclear, complete, consistent, and testable, with appropriate acceptance criteria and consideration of edge cases.
  • Owning and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning priorities and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
  • Defininglong-term, short-term, and daily priorities, adapting them as requirements, risks, or business priorities change.
  • Identifying and managingcross-team dependencies, risks, and potential delivery blockers, ensuring they are addressed proactively.
  • Driving therelease and maintenance lifecycleof features and services, from initial requirement clarification through delivery and go-live.
  • Ensuring that proposed changes are evaluated from the perspectives ofusability, performance, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handling urgent issues and unexpected requests, helping the team and stakeholdersassess impact, prioritize effectively, and reach timely decisions.
  • Monitoring delivery progress and proactively communicatingstatus, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope or prioritiesto relevant stakeholders.
  • Cooperating with otherProduct Delivery Managersto continuously improve delivery practices, share knowledge, and build consistency across the department.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experienceas a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in a technology environment.
  • Experience working withcomplex systems, configurations, business rules, and dependencies, with the ability to understand how changes in one area can affect others.
  • Experience working withregulatory, compliance, or other requirements-driven environmentsis a strong advantage.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous or complex problems and turn them into practical solutions.
  • A good understanding ofhow technical systems and integrations work, including APIs, databases, service layers, and interactions between systems.
  • The ability totranslate business and regulatory needs into clear functional requirementsfor technical teams.
  • Experience withAgile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strongprioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing requests simultaneously.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to clarify conflicting expectations and facilitate decisions.
  • Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining thebigger-picture view of the product and delivery goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and make pragmatic decisions when priorities shift.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness totake ownership, identify problems early, and drive them towards resolution.
