Job summary

Evolution is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to translate business, regulatory, and compliance needs into actionable product requirements and ensure successful delivery. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Manager/Owner/Delivery roles in a tech environment.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance requirements is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape scope for initiatives and translate requirements into actionable work for developers.
• Plan and coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Technical Operations and other stakeholders to clarify expectations and risks.
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical specs that are testable.
• Maintain the product backlog and the roadmap in alignment with priorities and regulatory needs.
• Drive release and maintenance lifecycle from clarification to go-live and beyond.
• Ensure usability, performance, maintainability, and regulatory compliance in changes.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Work with other Product Delivery Managers to improve delivery practices.
