Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Purchasing Specialist for its Cubic Polska team in Szczecin, Poland. You will handle direct and indirect purchasing, work with local and international suppliers, and report to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience purchasing (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and the supply chain.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Good command of English (at least B2).
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Work with an ERP system preferred AX Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing process management (RFQs, negotiations, orders).
• Selection and development of suppliers (local and foreign), market analysis and search for alternative supply sources.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery dates.
• Monitor delivery and respond to delays.
• Collaboration with production, warehouse, finance and planning.
• Improve purchasing costs and inventory levels.
• Support ERP systems (e.g., AX Dynamics).
• Report purchasing goals.
• Manage document flow.
