Jabil is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement Department in maintaining stocking levels and handling sales/repair requests. The role includes supplier onboarding, RFQ support, and processing purchase orders, with exposure to COUPA, SAP and PlusWF.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding in Partner Portal and PlusWF.
• Accept purchase requests for non-production materials in COUPA.
• Handle customs clearance for non-production purchases; create materials in SAP.
• Assist procurement in RFQ processes and organize quotes.
• Enter and process purchase orders for material for resale and repair costs.
• Support procurement buyers when overloaded; data entry for inventory and pricing.
• Complete procurement projects as assigned.
• Gather information to support recommended actions when requested.
• Adhere to Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
