Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement Department by managing supplier onboarding, processing non-production purchase requests, and coordinating RFQ activities for procurement review.

You will handle customs clearance for non-production purchases, create new materials in SAP, and assist buyers when workloads are high, contributing to on-time deliveries and cost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to interpret data and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with supplier management and purchase orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding and updates in Partner Portal and PlusWF.
• Process non-production purchase requests in COUPA.
• Coordinate customs clearance for non-production purchases.
• Create new materials in SAP.
• Assist procurement team with RFQs and quotes.
• Enter and process purchase orders for resale and repair.
• Support procurement buyers during peak workloads.
• Complete procurement projects as assigned.
