Job summary

Jabil in Poland is seeking a Purchasing/Cost Analyst to analyze and project component prices, optimize materials costs, and support SCM initiatives. You will work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure optimal cost/value across the organization.

In this role, you will help train the workcell purchasing staff, participate in recruitment, and contribute to developing supplier networks and AMLs while negotiating favorable terms for Jabil and its customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and project component purchase prices reflecting inventory value in Standard Costing.
• Assist hiring manager in recruiting and hiring activities.
• Ensure workcell Purchasing staff receive training and resources.
• Optimize overall cost of materials across the supply chain.
• Support and input SCM initiatives and strategies at Jabil.
• Improve sourcing options and maintain AML with preferred suppliers.
• Negotiate terms that protect Jabil and customers' interests.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, delivery, and quality.
• Develop supply chain strategies aligned with customer needs.
