Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement Department by managing supplier onboarding, processing non-production purchase requests, and coordinating RFQ activities for procurement review.

You will handle customs clearance for non-production purchases, create new materials in SAP, and assist buyers when workloads are high, contributing to on-time deliveries and cost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding and updates in Partner Portal and PlusWF.

• Enter and process purchase orders for resale and repair.
• Support procurement buyers during peak workloads.
• Complete procurement projects as assigned.

Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.JOB SUMMARYThe purpose of the Procurement Coordinator will be to perform a wide variety of duties to provide assistance and support to the Procurement Department to fill stocking levels or sales / repair requests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing the process of introducing and updating suppliers in Partner Portal and PlusWF.- Acceptance of purchase requests for non-production materials at COUPA.- Managing the customs clearance process for non-production purchases- Creating new materials in SAP.· Responsible for assisting the procurement team in sending out RFQ’s and organizing the Quotes for procurement review· Responsible for entering and processing purchase orders for material for resale as well as expense repair purchase orders· Responsible for assisting the procurement buyers when they are overloaded.
