Job summary

Universal Investment in Kraków seeks a Senior Controller to join our Pricing, Revenue Assurance and Profitability team. You will govern the pricing process from initial requests to the impact on revenue, ensuring controls that prevent non-approved pricing and revenue leakage.

With over 5 years in financial roles and strong English communication, you will collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations and the CFO to analyse profitability by product, client and business segment and to deliver regular

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial roles with responsibility for Revenue or Commercial related tasks.
• Proven experience in managing relationships to senior management.
• Strong understanding of revenue models in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing governance and revenue assurance processes.
• Improve client profitability by identifying revenue opportunities.
• Prepare reporting for Pricing committee and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations for pricing and profitability.
• Ensure regulatory and internal control compliance.
