HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for our OpCo. You will partner with stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights across the group.

The role requires a master’s in finance or accounting, professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) and 4+ years of FP&A leadership experience, with strong analytical, communication and data presentation skills. On-site in Kraków with a dynamic, international team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• CIMA/ACCA qualification or education in progress desired.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading financial accounting, controlling, planning and analysis projects/activities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and verify FP&A processes including month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to OpCo stakeholders.
• Lead transformations, standardization, and automation of FP&A reporting to boost efficiency.
• Mentor and share expertise within the FP&A area with colleagues.
• Establish strong business partnering relationships with OpCo stakeholders and senior management.
