Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Divisional Controller in Kraków to lead P&L oversight across the region and provide business partnering to senior stakeholders. The role involves preparing forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses, plus delivering insightful financial reporting and recommendations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to synthesize large data into actionable insight.
• Excellent Excel modelling skills for robust financial analyses and forecasting.
• Master's degree in finance or accounting; professional certification (ACCA/CIMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide business partnering support to senior stakeholders including GM and commercial leaders.
• Control P&L for the region and division.
• Deliver actionable analysis to support profitable growth targets.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, yearly plans, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Lead management reporting and contribute to strategic reviews.
