Job summary

Tidio LLC is seeking a Financial Controller to join our six-person Finance & Operations team in Poland. You’ll focus on financial controlling, reporting, planning, analysis, and cost management, ensuring accurate and reliable numbers and explaining performance drivers to the business.

You’ll partner with C-level stakeholders, drive budgeting and forecasting, manage cost variances, and coordinate month-end close and ad hoc analyses, with a strong emphasis on mastering SaaS spend and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in management reporting and financial model preparation.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Power Query, and VBA.
• Ability to investigate financial results and explain it clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfort working with business stakeholders and providing practical finance insights.

Responsibilities

• Control the financial operations of the company.
• Analyze financial data, build financial models, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Monitor product and customer profitability.
• Create management reports and financial forecasts.
• Manage budgeting process and monitor budget realization and risks.
• Participate in monthly reporting meetings with C-level stakeholders.
• Partner with business stakeholders to explain cost variances and implications.
• Manage app spend with focus on LLM-related costs.
• Coordinate day-to-day accounting and payments with the accounting team.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
• Improve financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with another Financial Controller to share ownership of controlling.
