Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Governance, or related roles.
• Understanding of portfolio management, budgeting, and governance principles.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and creating management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end demand intake process and prioritize initiatives.
• Maintain visibility of projects with accurate reporting.
• Contribute to strategic portfolio planning by analyzing demand and capacity.
• Prepare portfolio insights and governance materials for leadership.
• Coordinate governance forums and document decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and benefits realization.
• Drive continuous improvement of demand management and reporting practices.
• Promote portfolio management standards, processes, and tools.
