Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Warsaw is seeking an IT Governance Manager to support portfolio planning, governance and reporting, turning strategic priorities into business outcomes. You will coordinate end-to-end demand intake, dashboards, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to annual planning, budgeting and benefits realization.

A background in portfolio management and PMO is essential, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Governance, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Understanding of portfolio management, budgeting, and governance principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with facilitating and documenting workshops.
• Experience with creating professional management presentations.
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.
• Experience with portfolio management tools such as Clarity is an advantage.
• You enjoy working in a diverse environment and are both empathetic and analytical. You have a structured, strategic, and energetic mindset
• Passion for creating results
• Speak and write English effortlessly, and Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end demand intake process, ensuring initiatives are assessed and aligned with IT/business objectives.
• Maintain visibility of projects and programs with accurate reporting.
• Contribute to strategic portfolio planning by analyzing demand, priorities, capacity, and investments.
• Prepare portfolio insights, dashboards and presentations for governance decisions.
• Coordinate portfolio governance forums and document decisions, risks, and actions.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to keep initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks and benefits realization; identify improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement of demand management, governance and reporting practices.
• Promote portfolio management standards and tooling across the organization
