Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland is seeking a Program Manager to lead sustaining and new product development projects spanning Hardware, Embedded Software, and Software Solutions. You will bridge strategy and execution, shaping near-term investment roadmaps and collaborating with business and engineering teams.

You will report to the Manager, Program Management and work with a hybrid schedule in Katowice, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program of sustaining and new product development projects (Hardware, Embedded Software, Software Solutions).
• Bridge strategy to program execution to develop a near-term investment roadmap.
• Collaborate with business teams to define investment scope and business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering management to monitor execution status and maintain the portfolio roadmap.
