Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Finished Goods Planning Manager in Katowice, Poland. You will lead the ISC planning team for EMEA/AP, overseeing inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy, with a team of 10 planners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply planning, materials management, or factored sourcing environments.
• Hands-on experience in MRP, inventory management, and production planning principles.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
• Ability to build presentations and communicate with partners and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning team for EMEA/AP finished goods, ensuring uninterrupted supply to global distribution centres.
• Oversee inventory performance against targets (service level, DOH, obsolescence, working capital).
• Identify risks and define mitigation actions with partners and leadership.
• Review supplier performance (OTIF, lead time adherence) and drive corrective actions.
• Be second-level escalation point for supply constraints and supplier issues.
• Drive continuous improvements within the planning team and implement changes.
