Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Poland is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of hardware and firmware engineers responsible for embedded industrial products. You will drive delivery, lifecycle support, and alignment with business priorities.
You will build teams, oversee project execution, and promote best practices in design for testability, reliability, and safety, while collaborating with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Embedded Systems.
- 8+ years in engineering (HW/FW/Embedded).
- 3-5 years in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience across full development lifecycle (NPI, sustaining, release).
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware and firmware engineering team.
- Drive project delivery and lifecycle support for embedded products.
- Define roles, allocate resources, monitor progress and risks.
- Provide architecture direction for HW and embedded firmware.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
