Jacobs Solutions Inc. in Kraków is seeking an experienced Planner to develop and maintain project schedules, manage activity relationships, and coordinate cross-disciplinary inputs to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work arrangement with full-time employment is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Independent, proactive, accurate with strong analytical skills.
• Higher education in a technical or engineering field.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating schedule and understanding relationships between activities
• Collecting Multi-Disciplinary input to update the schedule
• Identification of delay in the schedule and preparing mitigation plan
• Highlighting Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme Team
• Coordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplines
• Processing technical, financial and staffing information
