Zusammenfassung

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our Global Design Center in Poland. You will develop and maintain schedules for water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Europe, focusing on the UK market, with occasional site visits and collaboration across international teams.

You’ll use Primavera P6 and MS Project, drive schedule governance, and mentor junior planners, while contributing to tender planning and project controls enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience on Design & Build, EPC, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, and project controls principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and control project schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Prepare baseline schedules and manage schedule revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, forecast milestones and completion dates with accuracy.
• Identify critical path activities, delays, and opportunities for schedule optimisation.
• Perform schedule analysis, progress assessments, and delay impact evaluations.
• Support risk identification and schedule mitigation planning.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and management presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Managers, engineering teams, contractors, and clients.
• Support bid and proposal activities by developing tender and execution schedules.
• Contribute to Project Controls best practices, schedule governance, reporting and performance.
• Mentor junior planners and schedulers, participate in planning workshops and site visits.
