Job summary

Jacobs in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an experienced Planner to support scheduling across disciplines. You will create schedules, understand activity relationships, gather inputs, and update project timelines to drive on-time delivery.

The role requires MS Excel mastery, and knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, plus engineering background and strong English communication. We offer full-time employment, hybrid work, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in use of MS Excel.
• Knowledge in use of MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Independent, pro‑active, accurate, with strong analytical skills.
• Higher education in a technical or engineering field.
• Experience in engineering work processes.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating schedule and understanding relationships between activities
• Collecting Multi-Disciplinary input to update the schedule
• Identification of delay in the schedule and preparing mitigation plan
• Highlighting Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme Team
• Coordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplines
• Processing technical, financial and staffing information
