Job summary

Creotech Instruments S.A. in Warsaw seeks a senior Operations & Business Analyst to drive execution of strategic objectives, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to the executive team.

The role requires five plus years in operational management or business analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Work is conducted on-site in Poland's capital, with significant autonomy to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education.
• Five+ years in operational management, business analysis, or programme coordination.
• Three+ years leading teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with data analysis and performance evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-directed with strong accountability.
• English language proficiency at B2–C1 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO in executing strategic and operational objectives through analyses, recommendations, reports and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate operational initiatives led by the COO and monitor progress against plans, milestones and performance measures.
• Oversee the implementation of executive decisions, ensuring accountability and monitoring deadlines.
• Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse data, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support budget monitoring through expenditure analysis, variance tracking and identifying inconsistencies.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions and senior leadership to deliver projects successfully.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support design and implementation of processes.
• Represent the COO and the Company in internal/external interactions, preparing communications and executive materials.
• Prepare concise briefing papers for meetings.
