Job summary

Creotech Instruments seeks a Corporate Development Analyst (Mid/Senior) to drive M&A screening, valuation, due diligence and post-acquisition integration. You will build financial models, assess strategic partnerships and translate tech assumptions into business cases in a fast-growing space tech company.

You will work with product, finance, engineering and operations teams across Warsaw, Kraków and Piaseczno in a hybrid setup, contributing to growth strategy and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance, economics, business, or quantitative field.
• Strong financial modelling skills including valuation, ROI, NPV/IRR, scenario analysis and business-case construction.
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, or equivalent analytical and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and screen M&A opportunities and targets for strategic fit and value creation.
• Build valuation models, ROI analyses, business cases, scenario models and sensitivity analyses.
• Develop business models for partnerships, joint ventures and non-standard cooperation structures.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to inform growth directions.
• Support due diligence, data-room inputs, and QA with leadership and external advisors.
• Prepare data and rationale for discussions with partners and stakeholders.
• Assist post-transaction integration, including defining integration plans and KPIs.
