Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner or Senior Occupancy Planner to lead workplace optimization for Fortune 500 clients in a hybrid or remote capacity across EMEA. The role focuses on occupancy strategy, move sequencing, and space utilization with a strong emphasis on corporate guidelines and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strategic space/occupancy planning experience in a corporate setting.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex calculations; AutoCAD for space planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop occupancy plans and move sequencing aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Lead relationships with CRE teams, BU leadership, and project management to align plans.
• Prepare status reports and projections for annual planning horizons; track metrics.
• Educate and enforce space, policies, and standards; notify clients of exceptions.
• Partner on migration plans, facility audits, and portfolio alignment across campuses.
• Resolve planning issues from meetings; translate data into actionable insights.
• Support senior leadership with site planning strategies and construction inputs.
• Client or JLL attendance will be required.
