Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with substantial reliability experience.
• Expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, failure analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Experience with CMMS (Corrigo) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset performance across a 12-country European portfolio and track reliability metrics.
• Lead asset condition assessments and conduct detailed technical surveys.
• Conduct FMEA and root-cause investigations to prioritize replacements.
• Develop and justify maintenance optimization and predictive maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with projects to translate recommendations into capital projects.
• Create reliability dashboards and communicate trends to senior stakeholders.
