Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced MRO Sourcing Specialist to join our Central Europe Procurement team. You will design and execute sourcing strategies for maintenance, repair and operations materials and services, ensuring reliable supply, competitive terms, and strong supplier partnerships.

You will work with stakeholders across Central Europe, lead RFQs and market analyses, manage supplier relationships, and help drive procurement transformation initiatives while supporting regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and leading sourcing strategies in industrial environments.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing events including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and market analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Analyse market trends and supplier risks to maximise value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and support cross-functional teams.
