Job summary

MUVIQ in Tychy, Poland, is seeking a Financial Controller / Manufacturing Controller to lead financial controlling for the production plant. You will monitor KPIs, prepare monthly performance reviews, and conduct product costing and profitability analyses, collaborating with other departments to provide management information and financial insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate financial controlling activities for the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs and prepare monthly performance reviews.
• Conduct product cost and profitability analyses; assess CAPEX projects.
• Cooperate with other departments to provide management information and financial insights.
• Drive automation and optimization of financial reporting and analytical tools.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required.
