Job summary

Mowi Central Europe in Poland seeks a financial controller to join our Controlling team. You will analyze financial and production reports, support forecasts, and drive improvements across a growing global seafood business.

The role emphasizes migrating reporting from Excel to Power BI, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring timely insights for leadership. Fluency in Polish and English is required, and a degree in finance or accounting is essential.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in Financial Controlling and/or Audit.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience with Power BI and Power Query is advantageous.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent Polish and English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze sales and profitability reports across dimensions.
Contribute to short- and long-term forecasts.
Prepare monthly financial and production reports.
Support savings and continuous improvement initiatives in Production and Supply Chain.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and tools.
Drive digitalization of controlling processes, migrating from Excel to Power BI and Snowflake.
Prepare ad hoc analyses for Leadership Team.
