Job summary

MUVIQ in Tychy, Poland, is seeking a Financial Controller / Manufacturing Controller to lead financial controlling for the production plant. You will monitor KPIs, prepare monthly performance reviews, and conduct product costing and profitability analyses, collaborating with other departments to provide management information and financial insights.

The role requires a university degree in economics or related field, at least two years in manufacturing, fluent English, advanced Excel, and

MUVIQ is a leading supplier of powertrain solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the Commercial Vehicle and Off-Highway (CVOH) and Light Vehicle (LV) markets. The company specializes in the development and manufacture of powertrain systems that manage belt-driven applications. Its products are supplied to both OEM customers and the related aftermarket.

One of MUVIQ’s locations is a manufacturing facility situated in the Tychy Special Economic Zone, where engine components are produced.

Financial Controller / Manufacturing Controller

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate financial controlling activities for the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare monthly plant performance reviews and management reports.
• Conduct product cost and profitability analyses.
• Analyze the financial impact of changes in production volumes.
• Lead the financial evaluation of CAPEX projects.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and support the implementation of cost and operational improvement programs.
• Develop forecasts and scenarios to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Cooperate with other departments to provide and obtain management information and financial insights.
• Drive the automation and optimization of financial reporting and analytical tools.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy, independence, and a high level of responsibility.
